Political/Interpersonal/Workplace Chaos = Emotional Abuse, Physical Neglect, Lost Advancement: The best solution for abuse is separation.

You can read the tea leaves or you can stay onboard a boat with a drunk captain, but if you put your head into the mouth of a bear, then don't be surprised by the consequences.

When you learn to 1) TRUST YOUR CONFUSION + see that 2) CONFUSION IS ABUSE, then you will liberate yourself, if you trust that you are worthy of living free from abuse

America’s recent military misallocations in Iran and other countries are 1) draining attention and money from the legitimate needs that Americans have to improve American society and infrastructure, 2) creating new enemies and new risks. Asked whether Americans should be worried about retaliatory attacks at home, Trump acknowledges the possibility. “I guess,” he says. “But I think they’re worried about that all the time. We think about it all the time. We plan for it. But yeah, you know, we expect some things. Like I said, some people will die. When you go to war, some people will die.” time.com/7382697/trump-iran-war

This has gotten reckless to the point that it feels negligent and abusive toward Americans who deserve better; as such, I’ve made all the predictions, analyses, and comments on this insanity that care to make (except for my anticipated opportunity to say “I told you so…again”) so I am going to do my best to ignore these problems for the remainder of March. In today’s text and videos, I transition from noting recent news to the concluding that these events parallel abusive behavior in various settings from friendships to work.

Best solution for abuse = leave.

“People spend far too much time trying to UNDERSTAND and ADAPT TO abusive relationships when they should be focused on PROTECTING THEMSELVES and DEFENDING THEIR PEACE AND HEALTH. … Your confusion is all the clarity that you need; your uncertainty is all the certainty that you need—This perspective only works if you deem yourself worthy of peace and health and advancement.” DrV

News and updates since yesterday—see compilation video above for perspectives and sources

  1. Within 7 days since last weekend, Trump’s USA has killed hundreds of children and citizens in Iran and is now apparently preparing its nuclear war infrastructure in the region. Moving USA’s E6b Mercury plane into the region appears to signal preparation for a nuclear offensive attack; China and Russia have already sided with Iran and thus a nuclear attack by the US against Iran could escalate as far as an in-kind retaliatory attack against the US, including the continental US. China and Russia are both capable of bombing the continental US. United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, and China are the five countries officially recognized as possessing hydrogen bombs (thermonuclear weapons), but China has developed a more advanced form of thermal explosive that is beyond nuclear and beyond the traditional hydrogen explosive.

  2. Trump says that Americans can reasonably expect to receive attacks on American soil and that this is a sacrifice he’s willing for Americans to absorb.

  3. America should be spending its war-chest on jobs and infrastructure for its own citizens. Americans are averaging more than $100,000 in debt and the country needs to modernize its healthcare, education, manufacturing, and transportation infrastructure, but instead Trump’s government is spending nearly $1BILLION DOLLARS PER DAY to attack Iran.

  4. Gas prices jump 14% in one week because of Trump’s attacking Iran. Higher gas prices will impact travel, tourism, and obviously food prices— unsustainable for most Americans.

Gas Prices Continue to Surge in U.S., Rising 14% in a Week Soaring oil prices suggest that more increases could be in store for American drivers. Diesel, jet fuel, and other refined products are also becoming much more expensive. nytimes.com/2026/03/07/business/gasoline-prices.html

TRUST YOUR CONFUSION

Don’t make too much effort to understand others; things should be clear and clean. If things are not clear and clean, then they are muddled for a reason—most commonly your perceiving of confusion and inconsistency is evidence that you’re being GASLIT, which is to say CONFUSED which is to say ABUSED. What I have learned through experience with people, contractors, and bosses in the corporate and academic fields is that THEIR IMPOSITION of INTENTIONAL CONFUSION is always for a reason, ranging from the combination of INDIFFERENCE + INCOMPETENCE (best case scenario) to INTENTIONAL ABUSE AND MANIPULATION (worst case scenario).

Your confusion is all the clarity that you need. If someone (eg, personal relationship) or something (eg, your government) has you constantly confused despite your quick and reasonable attempt to understand (ie, you’ve asked for clarity ONCE but certainly not more than twice), then your confusion is not failure but rather YOUR CONFUSION IS YOUR JUSTIFICATION to get out of there. This perspective only works if you deem yourself worthy of peace and health and advancement.

Your uncertainty is all the certainty that you need.

*If* YOU DESERVE CLARITY, REPECT, SUPPORT, AND PEACE *then* the experience of confusion/neglect/unsupport is ABUSE.

You don’t have to try to understand a negative. All you have to do is note the absence of the positive that you deserve. If you pay taxes to your government, you deserve to receive the benefits of those taxes. If you give time, attention, and support in a relationship, then you deserve to receive those in kind. If you give hours, days, and years to a company, then you sure as heck deserve to receive something in return that is equal to the best years and effort of your life.

You don’t have to try to understand a negative. All you have to do is trust your observation of the absence of the positive that you deserve.

Stop trying to understand and compensate for and adapt to people and systems that do not reward you for your investment of time, money, and effort—if you abandon all of your abusive and neglectful relationships, then you’ll be much freer to have a simple, peaceful, flexible, and self-rewarding life.

People spend far too much time trying to UNDERSTAND and ADAPT TO abusive relationships when they should be focused on PROTECTING THEMSELVES and DEFENDING THEIR PEACE AND HEALTH.

All relationships should be demonstrably and obviously supportive, including 1) interpersonal, 2) occupational, 3) governmental.

If your friendship/relationship isn’t supporting you to become your best, then this lack of support (or possibly your own lack of direction) needs to be remedied.

If your boss isn’t paying you well and supporting your (mutual) advancement, then your boss sucks and his/her complacency/incompetence is costing both of you the better advancement and higher salary that both of you should be enjoying.

If your government isn’t working to improve your quality of life, then your government sucks and you might want to think about moving to a different country.

Go Where You Are Treated Best

“Go Where You’re Treated Best” is a philosophy and strategic mindset promoted by Andrew Henderson, founder of Nomad Capitalist, advocating for individuals to evaluate their current circumstances—whether in terms of taxation, quality of life, legal rights, or economic opportunity—and consider relocating to places where they are treated more favorably.

Bad leadership is abuse, not simply incompetence. Bad leadership is the imposition of confusion, stagnation and wasted effort onto the team, the workforce, and/or the population.

I have published several articles and videos related to leadership in which I have mostly described the characteristics of good leadership versus bad leadership. Here today, I further describe bad leadership not simply as incompetence but as abuse. If employees have to work under an incompetent leader, then they are being abused by the confusion and lack of growth imposed by that leader. If Americans are averaging $100,000 in debt and need improved infrastructure in their country while their President is spending $1BILLION PER DAY for a war that nobody understands, then that is clearly presidential neglect of the hopes, aspirations, rights and lives of his

  1. 2024: Completely unrelated to anything political was my critique of the most famous educational model, Bloom’s taxonomy. The final result of education should not be passing an examination, but the ability to pattern recognize and thereby predict future events. See my 2 videos linked below.

  2. 2025: Soon into Trump’s presidency, things were already getting crazy, which is why I posted a video that INTERNATIONAL FLEXIBILITY IS THE NEW STABILITY followed by a warning that things were about to get crazy based on the historical pattern that whenever presidents claim to endorse “Christian values” that is usually a signal that things are about to get really crazy, potentially deadly. Within 2 months of declaring “Christian values” and protection of “family, religion, and morality”, the US government invaded Venezuela and stole their oil and kidnapped their president, murdered fishermen in international waters, and started kidnapping and killing Americans within America.
