I don't have a major philosophy of Archery (I just do it), but I do have a major philosophy of Powertools, especially Chainsaws—I will talk about that more soon.
For about 1 year, my left arm from shoulder to hand and fingers was paralyzed:
CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome)
nerve injury/paralysis
multiple bone fractures
frozen shoulder
frozen elbow (contracture)
carpal tunnel syndrome.

I used archery to further my rehabilitation, and eventually I kept doing archery several times per week and recovered to such a great extent that I eventually forgot that I’d started archery for rehab and continued doing it for fun.
I like guns, too—especially almost anything Beretta.
