American Heart Association (AHA) reports Increased Heart Attack Risk following Cv Injection, likely/partly explaining the recent observed rise in "Sudden Adult Death Syndrome"
Data is consistent with notice of increased risk of cardiovascular and thrombotic events (including sudden death), especially among young healthy athletic males
Report summary: Risk of acute coronary syndrome (ACS, heart attack) significantly increases for at least 2.5 months following Cv19 mRNA vaccination*
*Source: reported by TheCardiologyAdvisor.com (cited/linked below) from American Heart Association (AHA) Scientific Sessions: November 13 to 15, 2021
Methods: Pre-vaccination and post-vaccination testing of cardiovascular risk factors among 566 adults showed the following increases in acute cardiovascular risk:
INTERLEUKIN-16 (cytokine): IL-16 more than doubled from 35 to 82
DrV explanation: IL-16 can be seen as a marker of immune-inflammatory activity within the cardiovascular system and it therefore associates with increased risk of heart attack.
Many cytokines have paradoxical activity depending on the overall context of the cytokine-immune environment; likewise, IL-16 shows anti-inflammatory activities (eg, supports T-regulatory cells) and pro-inflammatory (eg, previously called “lymphocyte chemoattractant factor [LCF]”) activities, but the pro-inflammatory associations appear to dominate.
IL-16 is most likely counter-regulatory and therefore increased in response to inflammation and endothelial insult—in other words, even though the marker itself might be anti-inflammatory (and therefore “good”), it rises in response to recent inflammation (which is definitely “bad”).
Soluble Fas increased from 22 to 46
DrV explanation: Fas (also called: CD95, APO-1, TNFRSF6) is a receptor that triggers inflammation and also cell death (apoptosis); higher levels of FAS in the blood associate with increased risk of heart attack and sudden death.
HEPATOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR: HGF increased from 42 to 86±31
DrV explanation: Hepatocyte growth factor is a strong predictor of mortality/death, especially in patients with advanced heart failure, according to research published in the journal Heart 2011 Jul (referenced below); very similar to the paradox noted with cytokines generally and IL-16 above, HGF appears to have some cardioprotective roles while also associating with increased cardiovascular risk (Endocr J 2002 Jun).
Clinical implications: 5-year ACS (eg, “heart attack”) risk score increased from 11% to 25% with changes persisting for at least 2.5 months following Cv19 mRNA vaccination
Increased heart attack risk following Cv19 mRNA vaccination likely explains at least part of the observed rise in "Sudden Adult Death Syndrome" that has been noted, especially among young male adults (including athletes), over the past several months throughout 2021
