I told you yesterday (see video here or linked below) that this new BMJ MEDICINE article on fish oil 1) provided zero information of any validity and that because it was neutral and therefore controversial that 2) it would get picked up by the American misinformation services and distributed widely/globally to adversely impact the healthcare of millions of people.

Yep, it happened.
CBS News in Boston USA is now “warning healthy people” to stay away from fish oil supplements, and they have a useful idiot to back them up.
“Research finds fish oil supplements may not be beneficial for healthy adults: If you're a healthy adult, you may want to avoid fish oil supplements. Many people take fish oil supplements because they contain omega-3 fatty acids which have been shown to reduce inflammation and provide some heart-health benefits. But researchers found that taking these supplements regularly might actually increase the risk of stroke and heart disease in healthy adults.” https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/fish-oil-supplements-benefits-healthy-adults-heart-disease/
Here is my unfiltered response. Of course, I am working to make this a better video but my software program has crashed all afternoon that I’ve been trying to make the edits so all I can provide right now is the raw video.
Remember: I did a complete review of the original BMJ MEDICINE article yesterday and also posted the PDF article.
