How did the movie "V for Vendetta" perfectly predict a viral pandemic 15 years in advance?

The 2005 movie V for Vendetta:

1. started in the year 2020

2. with an international viral pandemic

3. caused by a virus supposedly created by elite government politicians with ties to pharmaceutical companies

4. the politicians and pharmaceutical companies were made “obscenely rich” by the pandemic

5. the virus was spread intentionally among the population

6. the purpose of the intentional viral pandemic was to create fear, political chaos and to allow a small number of people to gain power and become obscenely rich

7. people in the general population were used as experimental guinea pigs for the new technology

8. censorship and coercion and social control became everyday occurrences

9. the government fomented violence among different groups within the population so the people would fight among each other instead of fighting against the elite politicians who were causing this mayhem

10. most people could see that the entire event was a political game and a charade played against the public, but they felt powerless to do anything against it

11. people were forced into quarantine and certain sections of the nation/world were “off-limits”

12. restrictions and scarcities of fuel and food with higher prices/inflation were imposed upon the public

13. the movie proposes that the only way to stop this problem is by politically eliminating the people who created it and also by unification of the public against corrupt power.
