The PBS-NYT attack on nutrition (see recent posts) is much more horrible and full of disinformation than I could have imagined. The level of lying and deceit is astonishing.

I have added another hour and am working on the edits/processing now to post later today or tomorrow. The level of lying in that publicly funded “documentary” is absolutely shocking.
