Context: Neuroinflammation is discussed in the context of Migraine and Fibromyalgia within Chapter 5 of Inflammation Mastery 4th Edition; after reading these recently reviewed articles, I don’t have much to add or change from a clinical perspective. I also published a related article "Neuroinflammation in fibromyalgia and CRPS is multifactorial" in the top-level Nature Reviews in Rheumatology at the same time that Inflammation Mastery 4th Edition was published ~2016 Mar/Apr;12(4):242.
