VIDEO: FIBROMYALGIA PROTOCOL complete 2-hour presentation, including discussion of:

1) neuroinflammation,

2) dysbiosis/microbiome,

3) mitochondrial dysfunction,

4) social injustice, medical politics, corruption of science

As I say at the very beginning of this presentation, fibromyalgia has for many years been one of my favorite topics because it is a combination of several of my favorite topics—all of which have been the focus of previous books and articles. Examples:

  1. Neuroinflammation: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26935282

  2. Dysbiosis, microbiome: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29090837

  3. Mitochondrial dysfunction: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26770108

  4. Medical politics: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31341427

My first publication on fibromyalgia was in the 2008 clinical monograph Musculoskeletal Pain: Expanded Clinical Strategies commissioned and published by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).

Surpased in Inflammation Mastery and Brain Inflammation (excerpted)

This information was later updated in the 2011 Fibromyalgia in a Nutshell and eventually Inflammation Mastery.

Inflammation Mastery (complete) and Brain Inflammation (excerpted)

I made major updates to my protocol for migraine and fibromyalgia for the 2016 update of Inflammation Mastery, and I then excerpted those sections because I knew many people would want the information on migraie and fibromyalgia but without the expense and weight of buying the complete textbook of nearly 1200 pages. At first I was fascinated with calling this new material “pain revolution” because the title symbolized the vicious cycle that perpetuates these conditions but also symbolized a revolution in the way that we can perceive and therapeutically approach these conditions. Thus, revolution was the perfect word to include in the title. However, later I considered that this might not be clear enough to the public audience which is why I published the same work under a more descriptive title of “brain inflammation” as listed and linked here:

  1. Pain Revolution in full-color (ie, beautiful but more expensive)

  2. Pain Revolution in black and white discounted printing

  3. Brain Inflammation in black-and-white discounted printing

All of those books are available as real paper books and also as digital e-book downloads. I also separated the digital ebook formats to reduce the price, each specific to migraine or fibromyalgia.

FIBROMYALGIA PROTOCOL complete 2-hour presentation recorded in 2019 in Houston, Texas

I recorded this presentation myself using my iPad, then I made edits and enhancements, some of which you can see in this sample:

This presentation is nonstop 2 hours at the level of CME (accredited Continuing Medical Education) although this conference was not CME and thus I was able to discuss specific products for implementation of the protocol.

This is a live recording, with the sound recorded from the ambient speakers, not a line-in microphone; as such the audio quality is certianly not at my “studio standards” and you may have to adjust the volume, use headphones, to compensate.

If you need help watching videos and adjusting the settings, then see these tips.

As with all full-length feature videos, this presentation is available for watching only online at the HealthyThinking.substack.com website.
