Question #1 - How much time in the sun to stop vitamin D deficiency

Does not state, but must assume:

1) Adult,

2) Not obese

3) Not dark skin,

3) During Summer

4) Around noon

5) Deficiency is defined as Vitamin D <20 ng

they fail to mention common ones that decrease vitmain D levels far more
