The indexing of Health Homework 1-4 (posted on Feb16) has been embellished slightly and compiled into the PDF provided below; yesterday’s video (posted Feb17) that provides additional information and contextualization/application of the Heath Homework series was added as “00” to indicate that it is first in the list to provide orientation.
The PDF has empty boxes next to each essay/video/exercise so that you can mark directly on the document to indicate that you’ve considered/done/rejected each of the suggestions.
