The two observations that 1) none of the governments and major health organizations are recommending and providing supplementation with vitamin D (60-90% of people are deficient), zinc (30% of the worldwide population is deficient, and selenium (15% of people are deficient) while 2) these same organizations state that alcohol, tobacco, and ultra-processed fake foods such as pastries and junk food are “essential” allows us to reach an obvious conclusion: governments and medical organizations are not educating people to be healthy and empowered and to prevent illness but are actually working to achieve the reverse of this: to keep people ignorant, dependent, weak and ill.
