[VIDEO] Archery for Chronic Pain, Frozen Shoulder and Elbow, CTS, CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) and my Complete Recovery (part1)

I don't have a major philosophy of Archery, but I do have a major philosophy of Powertools, especially Chainsaws—I will talk about that more soon.

I don't have a major philosophy of Archery (I just do it), but I do have a major philosophy of Powertools, especially Chainsaws—I will talk about that more soon.

For about 1 year, my left arm from shoulder to hand and fingers was paralyzed:

  1. CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome)

  2. nerve injury/paralysis

  3. multiple bone fractures

  4. frozen shoulder

  5. frozen elbow (contracture)

  6. carpal tunnel syndrome.

See video above

I used archery to further my rehabilitation, and eventually I kept doing archery several times per week and recovered to such a great extent that I eventually forgot that I’d started archery for rehab and continued doing it for fun.
