We can live and think randomly or in a free-flowing manner, and/or we can see that everything has a structure, then understand, memorize, master and then build upon that structure.

Human society traditionally grows from individuals, families, extended family, to unrelated mentors, to groups. Now however, most families are dysfunctional, and mentors don't exist, leaving children largely empty except for:

1. "formal education" which is mostly indoctrination and/or profiteering but without any concern for developing and flourishing children into healthy adults, and

2. entertainment, music, comics, movies, and mostly-imbecilic "influencers."
